Understanding usage of Internet of Things (IOT) systems in China

“…As there are quite a lot of variables which could affected loyalty or consumers' intention to repurchase, there are actually 4 (four) variables which had a strong, crucial and inseparable role in affecting customer loyalty or consumers' intention to rebuy a product from the same company in the e-commerce sector, which are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust and satisfaction.
