Understanding the resistance against online transportation in a tourism destination

Abstract: This paper offers an insight into the causes of resistance against online transportation in a tourist destination in Bali. Guided by the Theory of Planned Behaviour, this research collected data through interviews with the local transportation drivers and the chief of the local village.
