Abstract:Peyronie's disease is a treatable disease. Understanding its pathogenesis is the cornerstone for establishing a treatment plan. When the disease is in the early stage, characterized by presence of pain and tenderness, the treatment is directed against the inflammation process. This can be achieved mainly by oral medications.
