Abstract: Abstractγ-aminobutyric-acid (GABA) is a mental health-supporting substance that helps release anxiety and depression and improves memory. Lactiplantibacillus plantarum SKKL1, a GABA-producing bacterium, has been introduced to formulate a gut-brain axis product.
