Understanding reported COVID-19 cases in England following changes to testing, between November 2021 and April 2022

Abstract: Background Over the course of the pandemic, testing policies for SARS-CoV-2 have varied considerably in England, particularly in the five months up to 1 April 2022 when free community testing ended.
