Understanding Northeastern Plains Village sites through archaeological geophysics

Abstract: The archaeologically defined Northeastern PlainsVillage Complex (NEPV), centered in the American Great Plains has been a problem forarchaeologists because of an inability to recognize buried cultural features, particularly those relating to house structures.
