Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the values of Islamic spiritual leadership applied at Baitul Mal wat Tamwil (BMT) Usaha Gabungan Terpadu (UGT) Sidogiri Indonesia and how it motivated and inspired the employees through the establishment of vision and culture based on Islamic values that affect their working productivity and commitment.
