“…JS was a participant in a study I completed that used go-along interviews (Kusenbach, 2003) to explore the everyday lives of trans and queer young people in New York City. During these go-alongs, I walked, moved, sat, and talked with young people (ages 18-23) about their experiences moving through and taking up space in the city (see also : Stiegler, 2019: Stiegler, , 2021. Go-alongs, a type of mobile or walking interview, involve participants inviting a researcher to move, talk, and spend time with them as they go about their everyday routines.…”
