Abstract:The complex trait of yield is controlled by quantitative trait loci (QTLs). Considering the global water deficit problem, rice varieties that are suitable for non-flooded cultivation are of great importance in breeding programs. The powerful approach of Meta-QTL (MQTL) analysis can be used for the genetic dissection of complicated quantitative traits. A comprehensive MQTL analysis was done to detect consistent QTL regions associated with drought tolerance and yield-related traits under water deficit conditions… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
