Unconventional Rashba Spin-Orbit Coupling on the Charge Conductance and Spin Polarization of a Ferromagnetic/Insulator/Ferromagnetic Rashba Metal Junction

Abstract: A ferromagnetic/insulator/ferromagnetic Rashba metal junction (FM/I/FRM) with both Rashba spin–orbit coupling (RSOC) and exchange energy splitting was studied theoretically.
