Unconventional Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless Transition in the Multicomponent Polariton System

Abstract: We study a four-component polariton system in the optical parametric oscillator regime consisting of exciton, photon, signal, and idler modes across the Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless (BKT) transition.
