Uncomplicated use of vedolizumab for inflammatory bowel disease in pregnancy: two case reports

Abstract: Background: Vedolizumab is an anti-α4β7 integrin that is indicated for use in moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease.
