Uncertainty Model For Quantitative Precipitation Estimation Using Weather Radars

Abstract: -This paper introduces an uncertainty model for the quantitatively estimate precipitation using weather radars. The model considers various key aspects associated to radar calibration, attenuation, and the tradeoff between accuracy and radar coverage.
