Uncertainty Entropy-Based Exploratory Evaluation Method and Its Applications on Missile Effectiveness Evaluation

Abstract: Some attributes are uncertain for evaluation work because of incomplete or limited information and knowledge. It leads to uncertainty in evaluation results.
