Abstract: Asia. Las comunidades con poca o nula influencia civilizatoria moderna tuvieron cifras de PA bajas, independientemente del género y la edad. La prevalencia de la HAS varió entre 0 y 10%, con pocas excepciones. La asimilación cultural modificó este patrón.
