Abstract: En este trabajo presentamos una inmersión en el análisis de dos formas de autorreferencia desfocalizada que alternan en el discurso emitido por mujeres: uno y una. Desde nuestra perspectiva, la alternancia no es azarosa ni responde meramente al señalamiento del género del hablante, como tradicionalmente se ha descrito, en tanto ambas formas se encuentran en variación intrahablante en el discurso femenino.
