UN Peace Operations, Terrorism, and Violent Extremism

Abstract: In the last decade or so, terrorism and violent extremism have moved centre stage on the international policy agenda. Consequently, also the question of the United Nations peace operations' role vis-à-vis these threats has gained strength.
