Un logiciel libre pour lutter contre l’opacité du système sociofiscal

Abstract: Cet article documente une mobilisation qui vise à faire de l'ensemble des informations publiques opaques et élusives qui constituent notre système socio-fiscal un commun numérique ouvert à tous. Nous montrons, par rapport à la littérature, qu'il a fallu mener un véritable travail à la fois technique, cognitif et institutionnel pour constituer ce logiciel libre.
