Abstract: Résumé Au travers d’une étude de cas, ce travail aborde la complexité de conduire simultanément un « travail d’adolescence » et un « travail sur la maladie » pour un adolescent, Dimitri, atteint de maladie somatique grave depuis l’enfance et depuis peu en hémodialyse.
