Umsetzungen des Pentamethylcyclopentadienyl-Halbsandwichkomplexes Cp*Ta(CO)4 mit Chlor, Brom und Iod

Abstract: The reaction of Cp*Ta(CO) 4 (1) (Cp* = η 5 -pentamethylcyclopentadienyl, η 5 -C 5 Me 5 ) with chlorine leads to Cp*TaCl 4 (2a), whereas the corresponding reactions with bromine or iodine give the oxo-bridged complexes [Cp*TaX 3 ] 2 (µ-O) (X = Br (3b), I (3c)). The oxygen atom apparently stems beschrieben. Die Umsetzungen und die entstehenden Produkte sind in Schema 1 zusammengestellt.

“…This bond length is similar to the lower end of the range of Ta-O bond lengths for compounds with Ta-O-Ta bridges (1.82-2.10 Å) [32][33][34][35] and with terminal Ta-OH bonds (1.85-1.97 Å). [36][37][38] However, the single bond Ta-O distances are ca.…”
