Abstract:Herein, we report an intriguing cascade strategy for synthesizing optically active fused pyrazolidines featuring three contiguous stereogenic centers. The formyl-tethered enones are templates for the developed umpolung reactivity, showcasing diverse substrate adaptability with various arylhydrazines.
