Abstract: Nesse estudo se propõe discutir as ações que embasam a prática e a existência do Turismo Cultural na cidade de Porto Nacional no estado do Tocantins (Brasil). Discute-se a prática do desenvolvimento do turismo cultural urbano com o fim de facilitar a promoção das atividades turísticas na cidade.
