Ultrathin Dual‐Band Wide‐Angle Beam Scanning Metalens Based on High‐Efficiency Meta‐Atom

Abstract: Metasurfaces composed of planar subwavelength‐scaled meta‐atoms demonstrate unprecedented wavefront manipulation capabilities. However, the wavelength‐dependent property of the metasurface could severely reduce the design freedom, and most metasurfaces require multilayer structure for high efficiency.
