Abstract:Porrorchis indicus is an endoparasite of the Egyptian birds, Centropus Senegalensis aegyptius. This parasite causes damage to the gut wall of the infected birds. Spermiogenesis and sperm ultrastructure have been widely used in the phylogeny of parasitic platyhelminthic and acanthocephalan worms.
