Genetic diversity of the Aporrectodea caliginosa complex in Russia

“…Присутствие гаплотипов A. c. tra pezoides могло означать как действительную симпатрию двух подвидов, так и интрогрессию мтДНК от одного подвида к другому (случаи предполагаемой гибридизации между видами и отсутствия различий между ядерными геномами при сильно раз личающихся мтДНК встречаются нередко) (Shekhovtsov et al, 2014b(Shekhovtsov et al, , 2016bGiska et al, 2015;Martinsson et al, 2016). Заметим, что A. c. trape zoides является партеногенетичным, в отличие от A. c. caliginosa (Omodeo, 1952;Гарбар и др., 2007), но между различными его популяциями степень развития поло вой системы может варьировать от практически полноценной до полностью дегенерировавшей (Fernández et al, 2011b), т. е. вероятность хотя бы редкого обмена генами между этими подвидами в прошлом исключить нельзя. Для того, чтобы выяснить, какая из этих гипотез верна, мы просеквенировали ядерные последовательности гена гистона H3 у некоторых образцов и об наружили, что идентификация по мтДНК совпадает с таковой по ядерным генам.…”
