Ultrasound-guided Periventricular Stereotaxis

Abstract: Intraoperative ultrasound can aid the biopsy of deep intracranial lesions. It is, perhaps, less clear whether ultrasound could be useful in functional neurosurgery, where the target is not abnormal in echogenicity.
