Ultrasonography compared with magnetic resonance imaging for the diagnosis of adenomyosis: correlation with histopathology

Abstract: TVUS is as efficient as MRI for the diagnosis of adenomyosis in women without myoma, while MRI could be recommended for women with associated leiomyoma.
