Ultrasonographic findings of the pelvic masses

Abstract: Ultrasonography is most commonly utilized diagnostic tool in obstetric and gynecology for the evaluation of patient with a pelviι mass or pregnancy. For it is characterized by no radiation hazard , noninvasive examination and high diagnostic accuracy.
