Ultrasonographic findings of epididymal torsion in adults - a rare cause of acute scrotum

Abstract: Introduction. Epididymal torsion is a rare cause of acute scrotum. Only a few cases have been described in the literature, and preoperative ultrasound diagnosis was done only in two cases.
