Ultrasonic atomization of the DNA solution for atomic force microscopy

The DNA solution with a relatively high concentration ͑ϳ25 g/ml͒ is ultrasonically atomized at the exciting frequency of 2.4 MHz. Preliminary results show that this technique allows an even distribution of unaggregated strands.
