Ultra Low Power Hybrid Micro Energy Harvester Using Rf, Thermal and Vibration for Biomedical Devices

Abstract: The objective of this research is to design ultra-low power Hybrid Micro Energy Harvester (HMEH) circuit using hybrid inputs of radio frequency (RF), thermal and vibration for biomedical devices.
