Ultra High-Frequency Electric Installation with a Hybrid-Type Working Chamber

Abstract: Ultra-high frequency (UHF) electric installations, using the energy of UHF electromagnetic oscillations, can perform thermal UHF modification of dielectric materials and products. As a result, its properties and parameters change in an object processed in a UHF electromagnetic field faster and more uniformly than when the heat is transferred to a heated dielectric by thermal conductivity, convection, thermal radiation.
