“…Generally, inorganic PNCs show shorter luminescence lifetimes compared with those of hybrid PNCs, 28 usually less than 10 ns or even a fast lifetime of <1 ns. 29 Figure 2c shows a typical RL decay curve of CsPbBr 3 NCs. Usually, RL can inherit the fast decay characteristic, though a bit more time is needed due to the complicated decay process.…”

“…Though high LY values have been reported by some groups, controversial results were obtained. , Another merit of PNCs is their fast luminescence decay. Generally, inorganic PNCs show shorter luminescence lifetimes compared with those of hybrid PNCs, usually less than 10 ns or even a fast lifetime of <1 ns Figure c shows a typical RL decay curve of CsPbBr 3 NCs.…”

“…While the melting and cooling method facilitates the growth of large-sized crystals, it is primarily utilized for the preparation of all-inorganic MHP crystals. [13][14][15] As for the CVD method, the raw material is vaporized at elevated temperatures and subsequently deposited onto a substrate. By precisely adjusting the parameters such as temperature, pressure, and reaction time, the deposition of perovskite onto the substrate can be accurately controlled.…”

“…Because the larger Iresults in a more loosely coordinated octahedral structure, the crystal structure of CsPbBrI2 perovskite nanocrystals is less stable. Enhancing the stability of these perovskite nanocrystals is crucial for the rapid development of CsPbX3 quantum dot applications [6][7]. Silicon dioxide, a transparent inorganic dielectric material known for its excellent gas tightness, has been considered for cladding CsPbBrI2 perovskite nanocrystals.…”

“…Inorganic perovskite nanocrystals, specifically CsPbX3 (where X can be Cl, Br, or I), show great potential for use in luminescent lighting applications due to their impressive photoluminescence quantum yield, narrow emission spectra, and environmentally friendly raw materials [1][2][3][4]. However, stability remains challenging for applying mixed CsPbX3 (where X can be Cl, Br, or I) perovskite nanocrystals [5][6]. Because the larger Iresults in a more loosely coordinated octahedral structure, the crystal structure of CsPbBrI2 perovskite nanocrystals is less stable.…”
