In addition, arthroscopic wafer procedure (AWP) involving resection of the ulnar head and TFCC debridement has yielded encouraging results [3,4], and is associated with fewer complications, earlier recovery and fewer procedures compared to USO [5,6]. However, AWP is useful in cases with ulnar positive variance ranging from 1 to 4 mm [4,7], while USO is preferable for restoring greater ulnar variance.…”
