Ülkemizde ve Dünyada Ayva Islahı Çalışmaları

Abstract: ÖzAyva Rosales takımı, Rosaceae familyası, Pomoideae alt familyasında yer alan (Cydonia oblonga Miller.), insanoğlunun bildiği en eski meyve türlerinden biridir. Bu türün orijin merkezinin İran, Türkmenistan, batıda ise Anadolu ve Yunanistan olduğu tahmin edilmektedir.
