Ulcerating variety of carpal tunnel syndrome mimicking scleroderma

Abstract: Carpal tunnel syndrome is the most common entrapment neuropathy, affecting 1 to 3% of the population. Digital ulcers and skin lesions are unusually related to this neuropathy. We present the case of a patient with digital ulcers secondary to carpal tunnel syndrome.
