The data hierarchical Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption (CP-ABE) scheme implements multiple hierarchical data encryption of a single access policy, which reduces the computation and storage overhead. However, existing data hierarchical CP-ABE schemes have some problems, such as the leakage of personal privacy information through access policies or user attributes in plaintext form, and these schemes grant enough privileges to a single authorization center. If the authorization center is untrusted or attacked, keys can be used to illegally access data, which is the key escrow problem. To solve these problems, we propose an Attribute Hiding and Multiple Authorization Centers-based Data Hierarchical Encryption Scheme (AH-MAC-DHE). Firstly, we propose an Attribute Convergence Hiding Mechanism (ACHM). This mechanism solves the problem of personal privacy information leakage by hiding access policies and user attributes. Secondly, we design Privilege-Dispersed Multiple Authorization Centers (PD-MAC). PD-MAC solves the problem of key escrow by dispersing the privileges of the single authorization center to the user authorization center and attribute authorization center. Finally, we prove that AH-MAC-DHE is secure under the decisional q-parallel Bilinear Diffie-Hellman Exponent (BDHE) assumption, which also satisfies anti-collusion and privacy security. The experimental results indicate that compared with existing schemes, AH-MAC-DHE performs well.

This contribution is focused on the performance evaluation of a long-range patch-type antenna for ultra-high frequency (UHF) radiofrequency identification (RFID) wristband tags. The antenna design was presented in the IEEE International Conference on RFID Technology and Applications (RFID-TA), held on September 4-6, 2023, Aveiro, Portugal, under the title "A durable and flexible, low-cost tag antenna design for UHF RFID wearable applications". First, the theoretical and practical evaluation of the wristband tag antenna is conducted in four different scenarios. Next, the studied solution is benchmarked against a selection of the current commercial solutions.The proposed antenna design is mounted on a flexible and lowcost Teflon (PTFE) substrate, and it consists of a disconnected metal-substrate-metal layered structure. To produce a light and comfortable wearable device, the wristband design constraints limit the thickness to 1 mm and the width to 3 cm. The design is intended to be used in human identification and tracking applications while providing enough durability to endure for a prolonged period without significant antenna de-tuning. The proposed wristband is designed to operate in the FCC band (902-928 MHz) and it can reach distances over 3-5 meters, depending on the microchip sensitivity. The results of the experiments show that the performance of the proposed wristband design is comparable to current commercial solutions, while offering a different set of features. A discussion on the comparison between the current solutions and the proposed wristband antenna is provided in the text.

Currently, there are no uniform international standards for devices and systems that use radio frequency identification technology. Using tag alone as an identifier imposes certain restrictions on the level of protection of access control systems, since the unique tag identifier can be easily copied, so two-step authentication is required. The second level of protection can be a digital password entered via the keyboard. The work presents dual authentication technique for access control to the premises. Increasing the level of protection of radio frequency identification systems is achieved by the additional use of a digital password encrypted using a symmetric block encryption algorithm and recorded on the tag. This removes any restrictions on the number of registered users in the system, because passwords and IDs are stored on tags. The laboratory model of the device is based on the NodeMCU-32S Opensource platform with an RFID module that allows connection to most fog and cloud services of the Internet of things. The development is based on the ESP32 controller, which supports the necessary set of commands and hardware for implementing the methodology, in particular, wireless standards and communication protocols, hardware-accelerated encryption. The Cayenne service from MyDevices was chosen as the cloud platform, which made it possible to configure the device using the publish-subscribe messaging protocol and develop a graphical user interface. A log on the Cayenne platform is used to keep track of users, a character display is used to display the current status and settings of the device, and a serial interface is used to debug work algorithms. The software is implemented using the Arduino C programming language.
