Ubiquitous conservative interaction patterns between post-spliced introns and their mRNAs revealed by genome-wide interspecies comparison

Abstract: Introns, as important vectors of biological functions, can influence many stages of mRNA metabolism. However, in recent research, post-spliced introns are rarely considered.
