Über Silikone, XL. Die Synthese siliciumorganischer Verbindungen aus Chloroform

Abstract: Bei der Umsetzung von Silicium mit Chloroform wurden neben den anorganischen Chlorsilanen SiHCl3, SiCl4 und Si2Cl6 Chlorderivate des Disilylmethans und erstmalig auch des Trisilylmethans abgetrennt und durch Darstellung von Abkömlingen gekennzeichnet. Außerdem entstanden über SiCSi‐Bin‐dungen polymerisierte Oligomere.
