Über die Synthese von siliciumhaltigen anorganischen Heterocyclen aus Phenoxy-thiophosphoryl- und Phenoxy-phosphoryl-dihydrazid / Onthe Synthesisof Silicon Containing Inorganic Heterocycles from Phenoxy-thiophosphoryl-and Phenoxy-phosphoryl-dihydrazide

Abstract: Phenoxy-thiophosphoryl-dihydrazide C6H5OP(S)(NH-NH2)2 (1a) and phenoxy-phosphoryl- dihydrazide C6H5OP(O)(NH-NH2)2 (1b) react with tetraalkyl-1,3-dichloro-disiloxanes to give the 1-oxa-3,5-diaza-4-phospha(λ5)-2,6-disila-cyclohexanes 2a-2d. Their 1H NMR, 31P NMR, IR, and Raman data are given Show more

“…2 Similar silazoxy heterocycles with P V as part of the ring framework were also prepared by reactions of phenoxy thiophosphoryl dihydrazide and phenoxy phosphoryl dihydrazide with tetraalkyl-1,3-dichlorodisiloxanes and structurally characterized. 8 Reactions of O[SiMe 2 N(R)H] 2 with PCl 3 have been reported briefly as leading to only polymeric products which were not properly identified. 1 In our attempts to make silazoxyphosphines with varying ring sizes and substituents on silicon, nitrogen and phosphorus, we observed for the first time that instead of cyclization to form a six-membered silazoxyphosphine, O[SiMe 2 N(Bu t )H] 2 cleaves at the Si᎐N bonds and forms the diazadiphosphetidine cis-[(Bu t NH)PNBu t ] 2 2.…”
