Über die Flavone der Kamille (Matricaria chamomilla L.) und ein neues acetyliertes Apigenin–7–glucosid

Abstract: The thin-layer-chromatographic behaviour of flavones. in chamomile is characterized. As additional flavone derivative an apigenin-glucoside-acetate could be isolated from the ethereal-extract of the methanolic percolate. Bisher konnten 18 Flavonderi… Show more

“…7-0-Glycosides of luteolin and/or apigenin have been reported, either as such or as glycosides, from M recutita by several workers (Sorm et aI., 1952(Sorm et aI., , 1953Tyihak et aI., 1962;Harborne et aI., 1970;Greger, 1975;Kunde and Isaac, 1979;Redaelli et aI., 1980;Pietta et aI., 1987). Several acety-lated derivatives of apigenin 7 -O-glucoside have also been reported from this taxon: 2"-acetate (Redaelli et aI., 1980), 6"-acetate (Kunde and Isaac, 1979;Redaelli et aI., 1980;Pietta et aI., 1987), and 2",3"-and 3",4"-diacetates (Redaelli et aI., 1982).…”

“…The four remaining compounds (7, 10, 16 and 17) (Kunde & Isaac, 1979;Nováková et al, 2010;Haghi et al, 2014), so that a tentative identity as isorhamnetin-O-dihexoside and isorhamnetin-O-acetylhexoside has been assumed for peaks 7 and 16, respectively. In our knowledge, such compounds have not been reported in M. recutita.…”

“…The analysis of flavonoids is usually performed by extraction and subsequent identification and quantification by TLC and HPLC coupled to mass spectrometry. Adulterations of chamomile oil with (-)-α-bisabolol from other sources were detected using stable isotope and 2 H-NMR methods [Hörhammer et al, 1963;Kunde and Isaac, 1979;Reichling et al, 1979;Wagner and Bladt, 1986;Redaelli et al, 1981;Dölle et al, 1985;Carle et al, 1993;Miething and Holz, 1989;Schmidt and Ness, 1993;Schmidt and Vogel, 1992;Tschiersch and Hölzl, 1992;Carle et al, 1990;Carle et al, 1992;Carle et al, 1993]. The solvent system applied for the extraction of the essential oil can be used for the separation of the coumarins.…”
