Über die Absorption von ZnO-Kristallen im Ultraroten

Abstract: Die Ultrarotabsorption yon synthetischen ZnO-Einkristallen mit und ohne Dotierung wurde im Wellenlitngenbereich yon I his 13 ~ untersucht. Show more

“…Susceptibility measured after a few hours of ultraviolet irradiation indicated considerable bleaching of damage centers. Arneth (16) from his optical adsorption study, indicated that oxygen may cause a charge reversal o r outward diffusion of damage centers, which may also be responsible for bleaching. There is an increase of an order of magnitude in the electrical conductivity (4) of these crystals after ultraviolet irradiation.…”
