U-Healthcare Center Service in Busan City, South Korea: An Empirical Analysis and the Results of 1 Year of Service

Abstract: Implementation of u-healthcare projects provides a new public service toward evaluating health parameters, providing historical health information access, promoting self-monitoring, and motivating users to be more aware of their own health status.
