Abstract: Small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) represent a potentially powerful approach to the treatment of osteosarcoma (OS). However, dose-limiting toxicity, therapeutic efficacy, and targeting specificity are significant barriers to the use of TKIs in the clinic.
