Type 2 diabetes post pandemic: enabling your patients to regain control

Abstract: In the past 80 years, the number of people in the UK with a diabetes diagnosis has risen from 200,000 to around 4.3 million. The COVID-19 pandemic complicated tackling the disease as a public health issue. There are now an estimated five million people living with diabetes in the UK, most have type 2 diabetes.
