Txnip expression promotes JNK-mediated neuronal death in response to reactive oxygen species

Abstract: TXNIP is a protein sensitive to oxidant conditions whose expression is related to the progression of death in cancer, diabetes, ischemia, and neurodegenerative diseases, among others.
