Two Stage Fusion in Cognitive Radio Networks: A Clustering Approach

Abstract: The cognitive radio (CR) has been recently proposed as an auspicious technology to effectively utilize the radio band to allow unlicensed users by allocating the spectrum dynamically on a non-interfering basis.
