Two-stage control algorithm for magnetic fluid deformation mirror with dual-layer actuators

Abstract: To increase the correction effectiveness of full-order aberration, a control system based on a magnetic fluid flexible mirror with dual-layer actuators is presented. The combined magnetic field created by the Maxwell coil and the double-layer driving coils controls the geometry of the magnetic fluid surface.
