Abstract: In the case of constant electron density along the chain the two‐soliton solution is given explicitly. For simplification the coupling between electronic system and lattice is neglected.

The connection between Schrodinger equation and Hamilton equations for interacting manyparticle systems is given and it is shown in which way the Hamilton function has to be constructed. Starting from an identity for the Hamilton function a criterion is derived which permits to check approximations. Applying this criterion to former calculations to the soliton problem in a modified Hubbard chain the consistency of the used approximation is shown.Fiir wechselwirkende Vielteilchensysteme wird der Zusammenhang zwischen der Schrodingergleichung und den Hamiltonschen Gleichungen angegeben und gezeigt, in welcher Weise man die Hamiltonfunktion konstruieren mul3. Ausgehend von einer Identitat fur die Hamiltonfunktion wird ein Kriterium abgeleitet, das Naherungen zu priifen gestattet. Das Kriterium wird auf friihere Rechnungen zum Solitonproblem in einer modifizierten Hubbardkette angewendet, um die Konsistenz der benutzten Naherung zu zeigen.
