Abstract:Post-GWAS analysis, in many cases, focuses on fine-mapping targeted genetic regions discovered at GWAS-stage; that is, the aim is to pinpoint potential causal variants and susceptibility genes for complex traits and disease outcomes using next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies.
